Tiffany was born and raised in Gallia County. She is a graduate of both Gallia Academy High School and the University of Rio Grande, where she obtained her accounting degree in 2013. She joined the team in 2019 after working at Ohio University as an Internal Auditor. She is a wife to Tyler Duncan and a mother to two boys, Jackson and Lincoln and one daughter, McKinley.
