Tracy has worked as the agency’s receptionist since 2000. Tracy’s outgoing personality provides a warm welcome to each customer as they walk in the front door or call the agency. In addition to getting customer’s the help they need as quickly as possible, Tracy also assists in the day-to-day processing.
